Not every problem needs a full refinish. Squeaky boards, a handful of scratched or damaged planks, small water spots — these are usually contained fixes, and we price them that way.

What We Repair

  • Board replacement. Matching and swapping out individual damaged boards.
  • Squeaks & loose boards. Re-securing boards without tearing up the surrounding floor.
  • Scratches & gouges. Spot sanding and refinishing of specific areas rather than the whole room.
  • Small water spots. Localized moisture damage that hasn't spread to the subfloor.

If the damage turns out to be more widespread once we look at it, we'll tell you honestly whether a repair still makes sense or whether you're better off with a full restoration.

Common Questions

Can you match my existing wood? In most cases, yes — species, stain, and finish matching is a normal part of repair work.

Is a repair cheaper than refinishing the whole room? Almost always, when the damage is limited to a small area.
